Overview
As Branch Manager, you will lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales growth. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure every client enjoys a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, and coach travel advisors; conduct PDPs and regular check-ins; manage rotas, holidays, and performance.
- Sales & Business Growth: Set and monitor sales targets, plan sales-driving activities, implement new business ideas, and authorise discounts.
- Marketing & Promotion: Manage promotional materials, website offers, and social media posts to maximise engagement.
